Why did you come to Shreveport Eye?
I came as the result of some extensive research and a recommendation from a co-worker.
What brought you to booking your LASIK procedure with Dr. Van Norman?
I didn’t want to depend on glasses or contacts anymore. I do a lot of back-country work. The last thing I wanted to worry about was breaking my glasses or losing contacts.
What was your experience with the procedure?
I really appreciated Dr. Van Norman being straightforward and up front. He gave me clear expectations and told me about short vision going away. Before the procedure, he walked through every detail with me. During the procedure, he talked to me and it helped ease my nerves. I felt like I was in good hands.
What can you do/see now that you couldn’t before?
I can see everything now without the hassle of contacts or glasses.
Would you recommend this to others? Why?
Yes, the quality of service was excellent and everything went very well. Dr. V is extremely professional all the way through and gave clear expectations. Overall, he made me feel at ease.
